First tenant signs up at Langstone Gate
Seaward Properties and Lambert Smith Hampton are pleased to announce the first letting at Langstone Gate, Havant to Southsea Mortgage & Investment Company Limited.

Southsea Mortgage & Investment Company Limited was established 47 years ago and operates as a small, local, FSA-regulated mortgage whose shareholders are all charities, some of whom are also local to Havant. Many of the mortgages are for development work in the local area.
